I’m Sooz — a lifelong dog owner, former boarding‑kennels owner, and someone whose life has always revolved around the care and understanding of animals. Dogs have been a constant presence for as long as I can remember, and that connection is at the heart of everything I do.

Exceptional experience, delivered with care

From early childhood to today, I’ve cared for an extensive range of breeds and temperaments — from small companion dogs to large working breeds, from confident family pets to nervous, elderly, and highly driven individuals.
During my time running boarding kennels, I also worked with dogs requiring specialist handling, including MOD military dogs, rescue dogs and security dogs.

This background has given me a deep, instinctive understanding of:

• canine behaviour and body language
• building trust with all types of dogs
• maintaining safety and calm in every environment
• tailoring care to suit each dogs unique needs

These experiences have shaped how I handle and understand dogs today.

My own pack

I live with two Sprocker Spaniels who are full of energy, mischief and personality. They keep me active, make me laugh, and constantly remind me what dogs genuinely need to feel secure, understood, and well cared for. That everyday experience influences the calm, consistent approach I bring to every dog I look after.
