- Lock changes or additional security measures remain the client’s responsibility unless negligence is proven

8. Access During Emergencies
If an emergency occurs while your dog is in our care (e.g., injury, illness, or a home security concern), we may use your key or access information to:

- Seek veterinary assistance
- Secure your property
We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

When services end:
- Physical keys will be returned to you in person or via an agreed method
