Do you offer group walks

Not at the moment. I offer solo walks or same‑household dogs only. Group walks might be added later.

Are you insured and DBS checked?

Yes — fully insured and DBS checked for your peace of mind.

Will my dog always have the same walker?

Yes — it’s always me, Sooz. No rotating staff, no surprises

Do you walk reactive or nervous dogs?

Absolutely. My background in kennels means I’m experienced with all breeds and behaviours, including reactive and anxious dogs.

Do you take keys?

Yes — I follow a clear, secure key‑handling policy to keep your home safe.

Will I get updates?

Always. I send photos and messages so you know exactly how your dog is doing.

Do you walk in bad weather?

Yes — unless conditions are unsafe. If the weather is extreme, I’ll offer an indoor enrichment visit instead.

Do you offer meet & greets?

Yes — every new client starts with a free meet & greet so your dog can get to know me.

When will you arrive?

You’ll get a two‑hour arrival window. It gives me a bit of flexibility if the weather, traffic, or the pet before yours needs extra time.

Do you look after dogs while I’m on holiday?

No — I only provide walks and drop‑ins as part of your dog’s normal daily routine. If you’re away, your dog will need to stay in licensed kennels or home boarding.

Do you do off-lead walks?

Not straight away. Once I know your dog well, their recall is brilliant, and you’re comfortable giving permission, I may let them off‑lead.
